1. Standard Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund of all payments made.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time will incur a 25% charge of the total booking cost. The remaining 75% will be refunded.
2. No-Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and fails to notify us, it will be considered a no-show, and the booking will be non-refundable.
3. Early Departures
If a guest chooses to leave the property before the scheduled check-out date, no partial refunds will be provided for the unused nights.
4. Modification of Reservations
If you need to change your reservation dates, we will do our best to accommodate the request based on availability. Additional charges may apply if the new dates have higher rates.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days from the cancellation confirmation date. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
6. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen emergencies, Williams Holdings LLC reserves the right to cancel a reservation for safety reasons. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling options will be offered.
